If you like Indian food but have no idea how to cook it at home, this will steer you in the right direction. It's very easy to prepare. All you have to do is add water. It only takes five minutes to cook. You can add fresh ingredients to amp up the flavor. I highly recommend this product.

We have eaten in authentic Indian restaurants and then also in restaurants which have been more toned down for the American palette. Good Indian food is not always easy to find in the US. Let's take a look at this freeze dried meal..
Aman
We love Indian food and jumped at a chance to try this nearly instant dish. We were not disappointed. The flavor is quite good if you like the "Indian flavors." It's pretty much exactly what we expected from vegetable biryani.

Woah! This stuff is spicy. My mouth was on fire while eating this. I usually love spicy dishes but this one was definitely on the fire and in terms of spice levels. I added some sour cream in attempts to cool it down a little. If you love fiery dishes, this is perfect.

I'm impressed with how good this tasted. It's well-seasoned, with a nice mixture of spices that works very well. The heat level is moderate. While I would have liked it to have been a notch or two hotter for my taste, it has enough heat to make it interesting.
